Advance reservations are now closed. Thank you.

Shinjuku, Japan's largest terminal station, often called the world's busiest.
Just a 7-minute walk from there sits Shinjuku Gyoen, a historic, nature-rich urban oasis.
Yet few know that running is permitted along designated paths within the park.

This one-day special opening invites runners and walkers from Japan and abroad to discover Shinjuku Gyoen's charm.
Alongside a digital stamp rally where you can discover the history, nature, and culture of Shinjuku Gyoen,
we will also offer various popular activities from the “Early Morning Opening” held since July this year.

The vast grounds, spanning approximately 58.3 hectares, feature a “Japanese Garden,” a “Landscape Garden,” and a “Formal Garden,” with about 10,000 trees!
Selected as one of Japan's Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots, approximately 70 varieties and 900 cherry trees bloom sequentially from mid-February to late April.
This special day offers the chance to feel spring's arrival while exploring the exclusively reserved Shinjuku Gyoen during a fun run.
