Additional Registration Now Open!【RUN CYCLE SQUARE】Life-Saving Education PUSH: CPR Class

Although applications had previously closed, we have reopened registration after making the necessary arrangements to accommodate additional participants.
Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the Tokyo Marathon Foundation’s sustainable, hands-on workshops and programs that connect the joy of running to the future.

Program Summary:

Do you have what it takes to become a “hero” who can save someone’s life?
During this short, hands-on workshop, you can learn life-saving techniques, such as performing chest compressions (CPR) and using an AED.
Using a special heart-shaped training cushion, “Appa-kun,” you will get to practice CPR and learn proper positioning, strength, and rhythm.
No special knowledge or qualifications are required and we invite everyone—especially children—to participate.
This program can help build your confidence to take action in times of emergency, as well as offer a life-long lesson, so that you can step up and become a hero.
Your actions today can save someone’s life in the future.
