Additional Registration Now Open!【RUN CYCLE SQUARE】TOKYO MARATHON CREATIVE CAMP —Let’s all cheer for the Tokyo Marathon runners with handmade upcycled items—

Although applications had previously closed, we have reopened registration after making the necessary arrangements to accommodate additional participants.
Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the Tokyo Marathon Foundation’s sustainable, hands-on workshops and programs that connect the joy of running to the future.

Program Summary:

Turn scrap materials into cheering power!  Let’s cheer on the runners with our handmade items.
At this workshop, you can create original, sustainable cheering items which can be used on race day (Sunday, March 1st),

using waste materials generated by the Tokyo Marathon (such as course tape, pellets made from recycled clothing, etc.).

With a little shift in perspective, things you would normally throw away can become treasures.
Parents and children can have fun while learning about the environment at this workshop.

Let’s make “cheering maracas” and “cheering sign boards” and liven up the Tokyo Marathon together!
