Shinjuku Gyoen <Early Morning Opening> Running Class & Family Sports Program – July 2025 –

OPEN

Starting in July 2025, the Tokyo Marathon Foundation will take on the role of Early Morning Opening Operations Manager for Shinjuku Gyoen, one of Japan’s most renowned modern Western-style gardens, as part of our mission:

“To support the health and well-being of individuals through running, and to help shape better communities and living environments by making running a catalyst for positive change.”

We will offer a variety of programs during the two-hour early morning slot from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, before the garden opens to the general public. These programs will be designed to encourage people of all ages—men, women, and children alike—to move their bodies and embrace a more active lifestyle.

We look forward to welcoming you!

Note

Please note that this program will be conducted in Japanese only.
